ON A PERSONAL NOTE 

While at RE/MAX Visalia, I have had the honor of co-chairing our 
Miracle Open House Weekend, an event for the Children's Miracle
Network. Since that time, I decided to make a donation to 
Children's Miracle Network each time I sell a home, making every 
home I sell a Miracle Home. I invite you to join with me and make
your home a Miracle Home.

   Children's Miracle Network and RE/MAX are 
   united in their desire to provide local 
   community hospitals with state-of-the-art
   tools and cutting-edge information. Since 
   RE/MAX became the exclusive real estate 
   sponsor of Children's Miracle Network in 
   1992, RE/MAX Associates have raised nearly
   $75 million for the cause. We invite you to

   how our work supports their efforts. 

   Founded in 1983, Children's Miracle Network
   generates funds and healthcare awareness
   programs to benefit these children. The 
   nonprofit organization's 170 participating
   hospitals across North America help 17 
                                                                   million children annually.

Unique in the source of charitable donations, a majority of those received by Children's Miracle Network from RE/MAX are the diret result of the Associates' hard work rather than solicitations from customers or private contributions.   


CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK FACTS

With state-of-the-art care, Children's Miracle Network hospitals treat children with cancer, pediatric AIDS, muscular dystrophy, heart disease, leukemia, sickle cell anemia, asthma, and accident trauma.

Each year, Children's Miracle Network hospitals provide more than $2.5 billion in charitable care.

                                                             MAKE YOUR HOME A MIRACLE HOME

  The contributions that are made to Children's Miracle Network
  on behalf of your Miracle Home go entirely to Children's
  Hospital Central Valley. This past January, RE/MAX Visalia 
  presented representatives from Children's Miracle Network and 
  Children's Hospital Central Valley a check for over $10,000. 
  We were honored to have made the largest donation in the San
  Joaquin Valley for our type of business.
