Bringing Buyers and Sellers Together

                 
    Jacob gave Madison a tour of his
    home and his favorite places to
    play. Madison fell in love with the
    new Berber carpet and the large
    family room. The yard was
    enormous, plenty of room for
    her and the family's baby on the
    way. The open floor plan lets her
    keep an eye on Mommy in the
    kitchen. 

    To close escrow in three weeks,
    she knew she had to employ
    winning strategies in her offer.
    Jacob and Madison work out the
    details. "A full price offer? Sure
    I'll pay for your closing costs!"
