What To Leave For The New Owners

• Owner’s manuals and warranties for appliances left in the house.
  
  
• Builder manuals and warranties.
  
  
• Garage door remote openers.
  
  
• Extra sets of house keys, keys to anything within the home or on the property, keys to the mailbox - with the mailbox number.
  
  
• A list of local service providers that you have used — yard service, plumber, etc.
  
  
• Code to the security alarm and phone number of the monitoring service if not discontinued.
  
  
• If the property is in a Homeowner's Association, leave information on how to contact the condo board.
  
  
• A note as to what days the garbage and green waste are picked up.
  
  
• Anything that will be helpful to the new owner to care for the home, such as extra paint, carpet, tiles, etc.
